The working gal

Last night Mike and I tried to donate some furniture to Good Will. We currently live right across the street so we walked over the desk and table. Once we finally got across the street we were told "We do not take furniture donations except M-F 9:00am-1:00pm" - I find this time frame unacceptable. Sure maybe for the stay at home moms this would work but since I leave for work at 7:15am and don’t return until 6:00pm, I am having a hard time figuring out where to donate my furniture.

I find it aggravating when stores/services are only available during work hours. Is it too much to ask to have someone stay open past 5?
