We settle on our home on June 26th and we are hoping it goes smoothly. We opted to buy a house that needs some work but has a great lot. For those of you who dont know, the area where we work is extremely expensive. Not like the south where you can get a big house cheap. We are looking forward to moving into our first home and doing much of the work ourselves (or atleast gonig to try).
