The frustrations of Bad Realtors

We have been very happy with our Realtor. She is very responsive (via email which is a big plus for me!) and easy to work with. We really couldnt have asked for a better realtor. With that being said the sellers agent is utterly awful. Granted the house we bought is a result of a divorce and neither one of them are speaking to the other at the momemt (makes it a little hard to get them to work together to sell their house). It took 2 weeks for them to reply to our initial offer and another 2 weeks before it was all said and done. We asked for 5 things to be repaired and fixed before closing and that document took another 2 weeks for us to receive it signed back. Now, there are several forms that require the sellers signautres for closing paperwork and we havent heard anything back. It is rather frustrating as we are closing in a week! Hopefully, the sellers get the items they agreed to fix, fixed so we can have a smooth settlement; however, it is looking like this is going to go anything but smooth.
