Homeowners
Well its offical, we now own a home. Friday we closed (after their relator being an hour late!). Saturday-Tuesday were spent ripping down wall paper and painting (pictures to come soon). As homeowners, we had our first unexpected issue. A leaky faucet and water pipe :( Joe (Mikes mom fiance) was nice enough to offer to stop over tonight after dinner to take a look at it. What would we do without family and friends? I am hoping to have pictures up shortly.

I can't wait to see pictures. Congratutions! It is a wonderful feeling isn't it? Did you almost faint when they showed you the amount that you would will have paid at the end of your mortgage? I know I did. :)
Yeah the number was def. scary :) I have to find my camera cord to put pictures up. Its packed somewhere still :/
