We spent Memorial Day weekend visiting with Karen, Weston and my parents. Karen was a great host and made all sorts of tasty food including a homemade southern dinner with bbq beef sandwhiches and coleslaw! It was a nice treat to see my family and of course to see Weston! We did miss Clay though!


On Thursday Karen picked us up form the airport and we took Weston to the beach, where we soaked up the sun and Weston ate the sand!





Friday afternoon my parents came up for the weekend. We played board games and relaxed. On Saturday my mom, Karen and I went to see Sex and the City 2. Dad and Mike got to babysit Weston. Mike sure looked exhausted when we got back :) He did comment "we definetly need to make sure we have lots of pacifers". My mom brought her stethoscope and was able to get the baby's heartbeat!

On Sunday Karen, Weston, Mike and I went to in Tylers TapRoom in Apex, NC. Where we enjoyed beer (I even enjoyed a tasty non-alcoholic beer) and good food! We also got to drive by the scene of a crime. Pretty scary considering we were at the Target the day before.
