This past weekend we picked our first crop. We had TONS of zuchinni and cucumbers and some Jalenpenos. We are very excited the vegetables are coming out well. I made lots of zuchinni bread and even homemade pickles. I am sure we will be eating Zuchinni for months! Mike even mentioned wanting to quit his job to open a vegetable stand at the bottom of our driveway. He said he always wanted to be a Farmer, somehow I dont think our garden will produce enough crop to make his dream come true.
