This past couple weeks we have gotten a substanial amount of snow! I even got to work from home in my pj's Wed and Thur of last week. Mike loves the snow he is like a kid on Christmas. I perfer to stay in by the fire but I do enjoy the way the snow looks :)
On Valentines Day Mike wanted to make homemade Apple Strudle. He found a recipe he liked on All recipes.com and made an awesome Valentines Day treat. The modifications he made were he added cinnamon and made a homemade icing (light cream, vaniella and powdered sugar).
