This past weekend we spent the weekend painting (by we I mean Mike) and enjoying the snow. We had a huge snowstorm Friday night/Saturday with snow accumulation of 20+ inches. We enjoyed the warmth of the fire and relaxing in doors. We are supposed to get another 12+ inches on Wednesday which would break the record for the most snow in one year. Thank goodness for our super nice neighbor who has used his snow blower to do our driveway for all the storms so far. Couldn’t ask for a better neighbor.
Mike also primered and painted the nursery. After much debate we went with a light tan. I plan on painting some animals in blues and greens on the walls to add more couple. We are going for the animal/jungle theme. Next weekend Mike is planning to do the crown molding while I repaint the trim. The nursery is coming along.
