On Thursday we woke up bright and early to start our 2 week summer vacation. We headed North to Niagara Falls. This was Mikes first time and my 2nd, Mikeys first time to another country. Mikey was perfect in the car, granted I did buy him 2 Elmo movies and 2 Cars movies for the IPad (dont judge)!
Family Portrait. We are a little wet from Maid of the Mist. We werent going to go on this with Mikey because we thought he would be too scared; however, after talking to some locals they convinced us it was a must do and that Mikey would be fine. Boy, are we glad we went. What an experience to take a boat right into the falls. Mikey even enjoyed himself.
Mikey enjoyed walking around the Clifton Heights section and he really enjoyed the dinosaurs at Put Put. Hes favorite part of the whole trip was the hotel pool (sorry no pictures). Mikey learned to say Pool and asked to go in it eveytime he saw it.
Mikes steak and shrimp dinner from Sandstone Grill, a local spot we found with the help of Yelp.
Now we are onto our next stop, where we will remain until next Saturday!
