6 Weeks Old

Mikey is 6 weeks old today! Hard to believe 6 Tuesdays ago I was in labor with baby Mikey. It seams like an eternity ago! Mike and I laugh at how long ago it feels. Mikey is a complete joy and only is a “terror” some of the time. He is such a big boy. Growing and eating like crazy. Last night he slept through the night (8pm to 5am). Needless to say mommy and daddy were very proud of him. We cant believe how well he is doing sleeping at night. We are praying he keeps up his good sleep habits. We have been reading and following the book Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child by Marc Weissbluth and so far we are very pleased with the results. We are driving to Atlanta on Saturday for Mikey’s first road trip. Hopefully he enjoys the car ride, as this will be a trip we will be doing multiple times so he can visit with Grandma and Grandpa.

First attempt at the Bumbo seat. To Mikey's credit it was 10 minutes before his bed time last night so he was a bit cranky!
