This Old House

Last night Mike installed the toilet in the hall bath. Neither one of us knew how to do this but with the help of This Old House website (and Joe's drawing) Mike was able to figure it out. We have used this website a lot over the past couple weeks and find it very helpful. Tonight we will be installing the pedistool sink!

We had a small scare regarding the AC. After talking to family and friends everyone thought it could be 2 things: A Freon issue (inexpensive to fix) or the Condensing unit (VERY expensive to fix). The AC guy came today and said it was low on Freon. I think Mike and I nearly hugged the guy! Our AC is now up and running just in time for our weekend BBQ!
